A day in my life...

In my previous post (Essential Palm Software Part I - NetChaser), I mentioned that my Palm's screen broke. What happened was the digitizer, the part of the screen that actually calculates where the taps are, got misaligned. I had an 'interesting' time with Palm support. This Flash cartoon is damn close to what I went through trying to resolve it.
